So What Is Structura For?

A dermal filler is placed to create or restore a specific shape, adding projection to a cheek or definition to a jawline in a way that is visible immediately. What Happens During Treatment?

4Immediate aftercare

Small lumps at injection points are normal initially and typically settle within a day or so. You are given clear guidance before leaving.

5Second session and review

A follow-up session is normally scheduled a few weeks later, with the effect reviewed once the course is complete.

Expect the result to develop rather than arrive. Because these treatments work with the tissue over time, the meaningful assessment happens weeks after the second session rather than on the day. Small bumps, mild swelling, tenderness and occasional bruising in the first day or two are normal.

Hyaluronic acid injectables have a long track record, but placement depth and technique matter and complications are possible. Common effects are local and short lived: redness, swelling, small lumps, tenderness and bruising. Uncommon but more serious risks include infection, nodules, and vascular complications where product affects a blood vessel, which is why anatomical knowledge and a practitioner who can manage complications are not optional.
